Remember that you will be fasting for the majority of these days, so staying on the program too long could be very detrimental to your health.

Many different variations are found for this drink. If you dislike lemons, you may want to choose a different recipe. If you find that mixing in the cayenne pepper is too spicy for you, you will want to look for a different spice that is added to other variations. Different variations generally provide the same result, so you may as well enjoy the drink.

While this is not intended as a weight loss product, it does provide that added bonus. The cleaning of the intestines and colon help to rid the body of waste that is present nearly all of the time.
