Maple Syrup Cleanse is a Way to Keep Your Body Healthy

In my opinion, everybody will agree on this fact if for a reason that if we're not in good shape, we can't accomplish a good work and healthy living; so when we don't treasure this wealth, we'll lose everything. In detoxing, we take out the toxins that are in our body leading to reenergizing all our body organs for it to perform better. There are so many cleansing diets that can help detoxify our body and one of it is the Maple Syrup Cleanse.

Maple Syrup Cleanse is also known as Maple Syrup Diet, The Lemonade Diet and The Lemon Detox Diet. It was popularized by Stanley Burroughs in 1950 where it was known as Master Cleanse. However, like the other things, the syrup cleanse became unpopular because of different things until it made its big comeback wherein celebrities are already fond in doing this Maple Syrup cleanse where in the end, it became popular once again and people start doing this again.

The Maple Syrup Cleanse is best or effective when we use the Grade B syrup wherein it has dark color with slightly caramel flavor. The reason for its being effective is because it has more nutrients that can make our body healthy. The nutrients that we can get in the Maple Syrup are the mineral manganese, wherein it gives an energy boost, antioxidant defense and helps eliminate fatty acids and cholesterol. Zinc, wherein it supports the immune system and prevent oxidized cholesterol damage. The vitamins that we can get in this syrup are Niacin, B5, B2, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin A and B6 where it helps our cells function better. Lastly, is the vitamin B for protein's building blocks. However, you should be guided by doctors or health care practitioners also before or while doing this syrup cleanse.

By doing this syrup cleanse, like the other cleanse diet, you should have a ready stomach and mind through elimination of foods which will make you fat and change it to fruits and vegetables. On your second day, you need to juice the fruits and vegetable. On the third day, you need to juice 10-15 oranges to produce two liters of juice and mix with 2 tbsps. of maple syrup. Then on the fourth day, your maple syrup cleanse procedure should be prepared with its master mixture and you should follow it for roughly 10 days.

You need to be sure to use a water-salt-lemon juice flush to produce the bowel movements needed to gently cleanse your gastrointestinal tract. Then every morning, while doing this protocol, prepare what you will need for the day by mixing 14 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 14 tablespoons of real maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, together with 2 liters of distilled water wherein you can bring it anywhere and consume it throughout the day.
