You say in the second paragraph "The Paleo Diet permits the consumption of grains, legumes, roots, and vegetables of edible plants, dairy item, sugar, and salt." This is not true!! Paleo does NOT permit these items(excluding roots and vegetables). Sounds like this Master Cleanse Diet will send a person quickly on their way to Diabetes and Hypertension (High blood pressure)!
