Lemonade Diet Recipe For People To Get An Excellent Body Condition Right Now

By Regina Perkins

In the US, the Lemonade Diet (A. K. A. The Master Cleanse) has been growing in popularity recently. This, no doubt, has to do with the regimen's promises of body-detoxification alongside weight-loss. It must be noted, however, that, before you take the lemonade diet recipe mixture listed below (or try any diet for the first time, for that matter), you should talk to your doctor or other type of health professional to ensure that you are not doing anything that would endanger your health.

As individuals, each of us has genetic predispositions, existing conditions and specific lifestyle needs that could react adversely to any major nutritional change - so please, concerning your health, make sure you do your research, and make informed choices. The best way to be sure about any course of action regarding your health is to double-check with your doctor and get his/her advice. Any source of information, either internet-based or otherwise, who advises against medical consultation should immediately be considered suspect and unreliable.

The master cleanse requires a fasting period of up to ten days, where you consume only the lemon-based mixture detailed below, water, a daily salt water 'flush' and cleansing teas. This is not recommended for anybody who suffers from a condition that may be exacerbated by a fasting period - e. G., diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension, etc.

The lemonade concoction: 2 x tablespoons of fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice. One-tenth teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder. 2 x tablespoons of organic maple syrup (grade B). 10-ounce measures of distilled water.

You should drink at least sixty ounces (six to ten servings) a day, whenever you feel hungry. Use fresh organic lemons. Do not use concentrates or canned juices, as they no longer contain the vitamins and nutrients you need.

A salt water flush every morning and a non-caffeinated laxative tea every night should be consumed in addition to the lemonade diet recipe outlined above. The flush consists of 25-35 ounces of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of non-iodized organic sea salt. If you find it difficult to drink the flush, leave it out and drink the tea when you wake as well as before you sleep.
